Back in the mid-90’s I used to shop in a small flea market on the Isle of Wight for interesting trinkets and accessories. One day a small shop popped up selling hair dye, cosmetics and the kind of 90’s jewellery which are again popular today. The main make-up and hair dye brand was Stargazer.
Drawn to it like a moth to a flame, with it’s vivid colours and appealing packaging I just couldn’t get enough.
Most recently I was lucky enough to attend the Bloggers Meet-up at London Edge, where I was gifted a Stargazer semi- permanent lip stain pen. At first I was a bit dubious about using this product as I’ve tried many lip stains on the market and they just don’t do what they say on the pen (as it were!). Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised when Stargazer pulled through.
As quoted from the Stargazer website:
“The long lasting lip marker does not smudge or fade as they are kiss proof, transfer proof and food proof, so the colour stays strong throughout the day.”
The lip stain lasted from 9am application and stayed on strong without reapplying until 9pm in the evening. I kissed a little, I ate (a lot) and I bit my nails as I do when I’m at work and there was little transfer.
At just £4.00 a pop you’re really missing out if you don’t buy some of these; and whilst you’re at it why not check out some of the other beautiful products on their website.
You don’t have to fork out a wad of cash to get amazing beauty products.
